1. Initial Briefing & Concept Analysis

The process begins with an in-depth technical analysis: we evaluate the client's vision, the brand's high-target positioning, and the project's industrial specifications. Whether it's an entire collection or an exclusive capsule collection, we transform the creative idea into a concrete and feasible development plan, providing consultancy on:

  • Technical feasibility analysis and collection structuring.

  • Cost optimization based on the target pricing.

  • Technical and production guidelines to ensure garment scalability.

2. Material Research and Accessory Sourcing

Drawing on a consolidated and certified network of Italian and European suppliers, we select the most suitable fabrics and accessories for the premium segment, evaluating their technical performance, aesthetics, stability, and sustainability. We offer the development of solutions based on:

  • Precious natural, technical, or certified recycled fabrics.

  • Metal accessories, buttons, zippers, embroidery, patches, and personalized branding solutions.

3. Technical Design & CAD Pattern Making

Our technical office translates sketches into replicable industrial data. This phase is crucial to ensure dimensional precision, desired fitting, and perfect standardization during mass production. The service includes:

  • Creation of technical sketches (flats) and production sheets.

  • Development of digital patterns on advanced CAD systems.

  • Creation of technical specifications complete with construction details, tolerances, and finishes.

4. Prototyping & Defect Correction

We create the first physical prototypes of the chosen garments, faithful to the design and made with the approved final materials. The client receives the sample to evaluate its real fit and aesthetic appeal before proceeding further.

  • Defect correction: Millimetric adjustments to the cut, measurements, and proportions of the garment.

  • Technical refinement: Updating CAD files and final validation of the model.

5. Final Sampling (Salesman Samples)

Once the prototype is approved, we create the final sampling (SMS) for the brand's commercial activities, photo shoots, or pre-sale campaigns. In this phase, the industrial assets for production are defined:

  • Development and approval of size grading.

  • Packaging engineering and placement of institutional labels.

6. Mass Production and Supply Chain

After final sample approval, we begin mass production in compliance with our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 30 garments per model/variant. Each batch is managed to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent quality:

  • Traceable supply chain integrated with highly specialized Italian workshops.

  • In-line quality controls (pre, during, and post-production).

  • Logistics planning and strict adherence to delivery slots.

7. Inspection Quality Control & Third-Party Logistics

Every single batch undergoes a final individual inspection quality control (100% of garments), verifying perfect conformity to the approved technical specifications:

  • Verification of measurement tolerances, seams, and internal finishes.

  • Branding and packaging inspection.

  • Shipment management with options for integrated logistics, temporary storage, and packaging compliant with large-scale retail or luxury e-commerce channels.
